Multnomah Falls

Multnomah Falls

What a gem. Multnomah Falls in Oregon is probably my favorite waterfall I’ve ever seen. (And keep in mind, I’ve been to Hawaii twice.) It is so unbelievably stunning, very accessible, and definitely worth the crowds. I’ve been a couple times, and would gladly go again. There are so many things in this area left that I want to do. I think it would be perfect for a long weekend.

Multnomah Falls is located right off the highway, and it’s free to visit. There are trails and other waterfalls in the area as well. At the base of the waterfall, there are restrooms, a restaurant, and a gift shop (which I’ve gotten an ice cream cone at before). Both times I’ve gone there have been a lot of people, but I genuinely believe it’s worth the crowds. It is breathtaking. You can hike all the way to the very top, although time has not allowed for me to do so yet. My husband and I did hike up to the bridge though, as a lot of others were doing. The views are just phenomenal no matter where you choose to take them in from.

Add this one to your list, if it’s not there already!
