Trinity Gardens Lavender Farm
Did you know there’s a beautiful lavender farm in Quincy, WA? If your answer is no, then my response is I didn’t either. This is one of the reasons I love social media. I follow Burch Mountain BBQ on instagram, and they posted about Flower Fest, happening this weekend at Trinity Gardens. We didn’t have plans, so we went and checked it out!
I will say that regardless of whether or not there’s an event going on, just driving up there to wander through the lavender, take in the views and the heavenly scent, and maybe even take some home would be so worth it!
After walking through the fields, we let our little Milly girl play with the toys a little bit. We headed over to order some BBQ (Burch Mountain BBQ) and took it over to some tables that were set up where there was live music and some local vendors. The BBQ was great and Milly enjoyed the live music. (We really should take her to concerts more often.) We couldn’t leave without buying a pound of fresh Rainier cherries to take home.
Such a fun and beautiful way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
